EASY Pumpkin Pie Yogurt

It’s that time of year and everyone is posting their favorite pumpkin recipes and pumpkin flavored finds at the store. One popular product this year is pumpkin flavored yogurt.

You’d never believe how easy it is to make your own pumpkin yogurt at home, and with less sugar, more pumpkin and lots of flavor, it’s a win win!

You can buy a big container of yogurt and double or triple the recipe to eat throughout the week.




1 cup plain greek yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt of your choice such as coconut milk yogurt)
1/2 cup packed organic pumpkin puree (home-made or canned, but make sure it’s just pumpkin, not the pie filling!)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup (1 tablespoon will lightly sweeten it)

Combine all ingredients, add spoon and enjoy!

Makes 2 servings. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
